Pankhurst House’s chosen charity for this year is The National Deaf Children’s Society. This charity is very close to our hearts as one of our Pankhurst children has a brother who benefits from it. The charity’s vision is of a world without barriers for every deaf child.
On Friday, 13th September all members of Pankhurst, from Foundation 1 to Year 6, took part in a sponsored walk around both the fields at The Woodford Wells Club. We started in the pouring rain, singing in true Pankhurst style and especially enjoyed Miss Anderson’s singing skills – she may be small but she is loud!
We are proud to have raised £600. Go Pankhurst!
