On Tuesday, 10th December the Avon House School Choir sang carols at Woodford Station as the commuters got off the train. This was the first time we have ventured to The Broadway to sing. The children were very excited as they sang to the sound of coins dropping into the collection buckets.
We collected £468 which was added to the money collected at the carol service the night before. In total we have raised £865 which has been sent to Haven House Children’s Hospice.
The carol singing was a great success which we will be sure to repeat next year.
