On 25th April and 12th May two deadly earthquakes hit Nepal, killing thousands of people.
Avon House School are raising money to help the people of Nepal. We were planning to raise £500 at our fundraising day on 13th May, but altogether we raised £700 by wearing our own clothes and rattling buckets! This will help many families who have lost their homes and suffered in the earthquake. £35 will buy a tent, food, clothes and toothbrushes for a family of four.
We would like to thank all the parents and children who have given money for this great cause.
