A Reggae Dance Off

Continuing our Black History Month celebrations, one of our parents joined us for Monday’s Assembly to talk about Patois. Our children had the opportunity to hear Mr Bygrave pronounce and speak Patois and they learnt to speak common phrases and numbers. We also discovered that Patois is heavily recognised in music such as Reggae and Dancehall. The assembly finished with the whole school dancing to Reggae!
