The Sports Council visited the Copper Box on Sunday afternoon to roar on the London Lions in their Premier League Basketball match. The Newcastle Eagles were no match for the Lions and their raucous home support as the Lions ran out winners by 10points in the end. After the match the players signed autographs and had photos taken with the Council members. Benjy even found a player with the same surname as him! There could be another Flood playing for the Lions in a few years time?! A huge thanks to Mrs Gleadell who organised the trip.
