Florence Nightingale Museum

Year 2 have been learning about significant figures as part of their topic. On Monday 11th March the children went to visit the Florence Nightingale museum at St Thomas’ hospital. It started with Florence Nightingale greeting the children at the door, children had to line up as Victorian children. The children had a talk from Florence and then children were put into groups to take part in different activities including dressing up, exploring the museum and finding out more about Mary Seacole.
