On Thursday 22nd September, a few of our Year 5 and Year 6 children attended a charity practice of the Laver Cup teams on the eve of Roger Federer’s retirement and final match at the O2. In addition to seeing Roger Federer, they saw the remainder of the Fab Four – Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray – all in action together in doubles practice. Prior to entering the Arena and supporting the players with our array of flags, the children played mini-tennis outside the venue led by LTA coaches. A once in a lifetime opportunity that the children really enjoyed seeing.
