It was the turn of our F2, Y2 and Y5 classes to take part in “Walk To School” this morning. The termly event promotes travelling to school in a sustainable manner whilst teaching our pupils about Road Safety. The children meet at a venue a short distance away from the school and then ‘walk to school’ with their fellow classmates, accompanied by their class teacher and other staff members. Well done to all of the children who took part, despite the cold and an extra thank you to Mr Barrett, one of our school’s Governors who also joined in the event this morning!
