Today we are celebrating Fairtrade Friday. The RRS Council took the opportunity to interview our lovely Catering Manager, Mrs Fairy, to find out what Fairtrade means to her and the special surprises she had in store for us on the day. When asked about Fairtrade Friday, children said:
“Mrs Fairy asked everyone to look out for the Fairtrade logo when we go shopping.”
“We had a delicious dessert; it was Fairtrade chocolate and banana cake!”
“I loved the displays in the hall when we had our lunch.”
“I really liked the stickers we were given.”
“My favourite part was when Mrs Fairy gave us a tour of her kitchen!”
