On Friday 6th October, the Netball team went to our very first tournament of the season hosted by St. Aubyn’s School. To start we played 4 matches and won 2 of them. This meant that we went through to the ‘Plate’ competition. We got off to a flying start, winning 3 matches so it all came down to the last game where we played against St Aubyn’s B team. We had previously played them in the early stages and had won 1-0 with Sienna scoring an amazing goal at the very last second of the match. They eventually beat us 3-0 meaning we came 2nd in the plate competition. It was a great performance for our first tournament, and we should all be very proud of ourselves! by Emily (6NH)
