On Friday 9th February, 7 girls from the netball squad travelled to Gatehouse School who were the runners up of the recent ISA National Netball qualifying tournament, to play a friendly netball match. It was a closely contested match with some superb netball and lots of goals from both teams. Avon House were narrowly beaten by Gatehouse 9-11.
