One U11 Girls squad and two U10 Boys squads travelled to Bancroft’s School last Friday afternoon to take part in football fixtures. In what were all competitive matches, the scores were as follows:
U11 Bancroft’s School Girls 4 – 0 U11 Avon House School Girls
U10 Bancroft’s School Boys 1 2 – 0 U10 Avon House School Boys 1
U10 Bancroft’s School Boys 2 1 – 0 U10 Avon House School Boys 2
Despite losses for the teams, each match was highly competitive and close encounters. It is also provided the opportunity for many pupils to experience playing a football match for the first time.
