The table tennis team were in action this week, as they competed in the U11 ISA competition at The King’s School in Harpenden. All four boys finished second in their respective groups and went through to the knockout stages of the cup. Unfortunately, due to the random draw, the boys were all drawn against each other in the next round. Both matches were extremely close, however, Kyran and Tyler were the winners. Tyler was then knocked out in quarter finals leaving Kyran, who won his quarter-final and progressed through to the semi-final where he lost to a player ranked 19th in the UK!! He then went on to win the 3rd/4th place play off earning him a very respectable third place and a bronze medal. Well done to all four boys who showed great determination and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon.
