On Saturday, Seren from 5KI competed at the Essex County Championships for Swimming. She won a Bronze medal for the 200m Freestyle Relay (long course) and came in 5th place for the 200m Medley Relay. This has been the highlight of a successful swim season for Seren as she has also achieved Bronze in the 50m Butterfly at the Hatfield County Qualifier and Bronze for the 100m Freestyle at Harlow. Seren trains for competitive race swimming with Epping Forest District Swimming Club and also trains with Aquavision for Artistic (synchronised) Swimming. Recently Seren was also awarded Bronze for Routine Grade 2 in Artistic Swimming and is training to compete in the 2025 Artistic Swimming Combination Cup in Sheffield, a national competition, in July.
