We hosted the ISA Mixed Cricket Competition at the Woodford Wells Club. Our 3 teams, made up of year 4, 5, and 6 children battled against 10 other schools on a gloriously sunny day. All teams played well, but it was only our first team that made it to the top pool for the final matches in the afternoon. A nail-biting final against Sherardswood came down to the last over where Avon House fell tantalisingly short by 3 runs with their run chase. Well done to everyone though for their efforts on a very warm day!
