The Hive Visit

Posted: 15th June 2023

Students in hi-viz and hard hats

This week, F2 (Reception) went to visit The Hive in High Beech; we enjoyed lots of activities outside such as creating natural art from what we could find outside in the forest. We also got the chance to learn about the different types of leaves and how we could identify them by their different feel and look. To end the day, we were able to meet lots of animals like a giant African snail, a salamander and a snake. If we were feeling brave, we could put the snake around our necks!
