GOSH Race For The Kids
A big congratulations to Ehsaan (3DC) and Raef (F2 Mallards) who, last Saturday, completed a 5k charity run for GOSH Race For The Kids to raise money for children with cancer. They both raised £300 collectively for the cause. Well done Ehsaan and Raef!

Councils Combine for Charity
The Sustainability and RRS Councils combined their efforts for the first and second of three planned second-hand uniform sales. Triathlon Triumph
Aanaya (Year 2 Flamingos) successfully completed her Triathlon challenge along with her sister on 12th Aug at Dorney Lake Windsor. Together they raised £1397 for a Charity in Wales. Rainbow Trust
Each year for Sport’s Day, we hold an annual charity fundraiser for The Rainbow Trust in memory of a Year 3 pupil who sadly passed away. To support this fundraiser, we create a rainbow by asking pupils, parents and staff to wear coloured T-shirts for Sports Day. Read-a-Thon Results
WOW… What a Read-a-thon we had! Our whole school effort meant we have raised an amazing total of £2006 for Read for Good! This money will go towards specially made, colourful mobile bookcases that can travel to a child’s bedside whilst they are in hospital. This gives the children the opportunity to read new books…
Selling Sunflowers
Our RRS Council sold sunflowers at the end of the day last Friday, raising funds for The Trussell Trust. They raised an amazing £300! RRS council will now use the money raised to travel to a local supermarket in a school minibus and buy the goods themselves to donate to The Loughton Foodbank.
