On Wednesday 24th April, 7 boys from Years 3 & 4 played in an U9 Football tournament at Frentford FC. 16 teams took part. In the group stage we won 1 match but lost 2 placing us 3rd in our group. We then went on to the plate competition where we won 2 of our 3 matches. The team worked well together against some tough competition and I was very proud of them. Zachary (4FW) was our top goal scorer with 7 goals in total and Shayan (4FW) scored 3. It was a great tournament and we were awarded bronze medals for finishing in 3rd place in the plate competition. – Report by Gabriel (4FW)
