On Wednesday 4th February our U11 netball team took park in the ISA London North Regional Netball Qualifiers at Redbridge Sports Centre competing against 25 other teams.
The girls were on fire in the group stages, winning all 6 matches, scoring an impressive 27 goals and finishing top of their group. They had a strong win in the first knockout match against Trevor Roberts School taking them through to the final 8. The quarterfinals was a nail-biting match against Akeley Wood which ended in a 3-3 draw, the match was then won by Akeley Wood via the ‘golden goal’ rule. A tough end to the tournament for our girls after what was an incredible team performance.
We are so proud of our girls; their dedication and resilience really has paid off!
