Year 3
As pupils transition into the Prep School, it is important that we ensure that we build on the great foundation provided in the Pre-Prep. To help with this transition, pupils still focus on topic-based learning.
Year 3 pupils expand their curriculum provision with Reasoning, Current Affairs, Debating, Swimming and French, both inside and outside of the classroom.
Outside of the classroom, the introduction of Prep activities, that take place on a Monday, develop practical life skills that can be used to contribute to school life and the wider society.
When pupils are asked about what is the best thing about being in Year 3, the answer is unanimous – Chromebooks! Every pupil from Year 3 is required to have a Chromebook that becomes part of their daily equipment needed in the Prep.
