Our Prep children have been part of The Daily Mile physical activity programme since returning to school in September. Running or jogging at their own pace for fifteen minutes has proven to have lots of benefits for children’s physical health, mental health and well-being as well as their learning. We are really impressed with the number of children participating in the programme which takes place on a Thursday and Friday morning before school and hope numbers continue as the mornings get darker and colder. As you can see from the photo, it really is a lot of fun and great way to start the day!
