Our pupil shared reading programme – Read Together – started today, with the different years meeting their reading partner classes for the first time. It was such a beautiful afternoon to see stories being enjoyed and shared so animatedly outside.
The Sustainability Council had their first meeting on Tuesday and already have a manifesto of issues they want to tackle around the school. Aanaya (Year 2 Flamingos) successfully completed her Triathlon challenge along with her sister on 12th Aug at Dorney Lake Windsor. Together they raised £1397 for a Charity in Wales. The week ended with a trip to Skreens for Year 5 for some outdoor learning and team building. The sun was shining down on us whilst we did our best to build bridges and shoot arrows!
