Well done to our Year 5 classes who spread a little joy today by drawing and making cards for residents in a local care centre. The residents of the care centre said that:
“the beautiful pictures and letters have touched their hearts and made them feel loved and appreciated. The residents have been overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness and creativity of the messages. They have been displaying the pictures and letters in their rooms, creating a beautiful and uplifting atmosphere. The messages serve as a constant reminder of the kindness and compassions that exists in the world. We are incredibly grateful to the students at Avon House Preparatory School for taking the time to spread kindness and brighten the lives of our residents. Their gestures have made a lasting impact and have brought smiles to the faces of our residents.”
